VELOWALLET is your personal digital bicycle passport for your VELO DE VILLE bike or e-bike. It gives you quick, organised, secure, and sustainable access to all important information and documents related to your bike.

What does VELOWALLET offer you?

• Digital bicycle file:
  All relevant information about your bike at a glance, e.g., frame number, model, equipment, VELO ID, configuration details.

• Proof of your order:
  The dealer can store your configuration so you always have proof of your individual equipment.

• Sustainable replacement for paper documents:
  No bulky paper folder — VELOWALLET is available online and environmentally friendly.

• Practical for service & warranty:
  In case of service or questions, you can quickly and easily provide all data from your VELOWALLET — for example, to your dealer.

• Access via QR code:
  In most cases, you will find access to your VELOWALLET on a sticker on the bike — simply scan and get started.

Please note: Registration of your bike in VELOWALLET is only possible for models produced from January 2025 onwards. Registration is not available for bikes produced before this date.
