No. The VELO ID is a code/link that links your configuration – not a customer account.
Can I make changes after ordering?
As long as your bike hasn’t entered production, changes may be possible. Please contact your dealer directly.
How do I find out the lead time?
Your dealer will give you the estimated timeframe and let you know when the bike is ready for collection.
What should I bring to collection?
Photo ID, payment method as agreed, any pedals/lock. On site: fine-tune saddle height, handlebar and brake levers & schedule the first service.
