Key basics
VELOMATE (app/features)
  • Pairing: Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, choose your bike from the list or scan QR/ID.
  • Features: Ride data, profiles/modes, notifications and possibly system updates (depending on equipment).
  • Permissions: Allow location/Bluetooth and notifications so everything runs reliably.
VELOWALLET (documents/keys)
  • Collect docs: Store receipt, frame number, key codes and service records digitally.
  • Back-up: Use the back-up/export feature; set up access on multiple devices.
  • Share: Quickly share documents with your dealer when you need service.
Notes & terms
  • Privacy: Enable only the permissions you need; you can change them at any time in your system settings.
  • VELO-ID ≠ customer account: The VELO-ID identifies a configuration you’ve created (it’s not a customer account).

Troubleshooting & common questions
App can’t find my bike
Is Bluetooth/location on? Stand close to the bike, switch on motor/display, restart the app. If needed, ‘forget device’ and pair again.
Connection drops
Check battery saver/‘power saving’ on your phone, allow the app to run in the background, and disconnect other Bluetooth connections if necessary.
What data does VELOWALLET store?
Only the documents/info you save (e.g. receipt, frame number). You decide what gets shared.
