The delivery time depends on which bicycle or e-bike you configure and through which dealer you place your order. Each VELO DE VILLE is individually manufactured according to your wishes and undergoes assembly as well as quality inspections. Delivery is not made directly to end customers, but to the authorized dealer you have selected.
Average delivery time: Usually around 4–6 weeks from the time the order is placed with the dealer.
In our configurator, you can identify the estimated delivery time by the colored indicators next to the components.
Green indicator - 2 to 6 weeks
Yellow indicator - 6 to 12 weeks
Red indicator - Item currently unavailable, availability expected only after 12 weeks
Good to know: Your dealer can provide a more specific delivery timeframe when placing the order, depending on the configuration, component availability, and current production capacity. As soon as your bike is ready, the dealer will inform you about collection or handover, including the final safety check and adjustment.
