What are the benefits of the VELO ID?

• You can save your personal configuration and reopen it later.

• You can make changes at any time, e.g., to color, equipment, or accessories.

• The saved VELO ID also allows your dealer to access your dream bike and give you targeted advice.

How does it work?

• When creating your configuration, you receive a VELO ID.

• Enter this ID on the homepage in the configurator under “Load VELO ID.”

• Your configuration will be displayed again and can be further edited.

Important note:
Even if you don’t make any changes, a new VELO ID will be generated when loading.
This is necessary for technical reasons. Therefore, always make sure to use the most recent VELO ID if you want to reopen your bike later or discuss it with your dealer.
