How can I track the delivery status?

How to find out the delivery status:

  • Ask your dealer
    Your dealer can check the status of your order in their system and tell you:

    • Whether the bike is already in production

    • When delivery is planned

    • When you can expect to pick it up

  • No online tracking number
    VELO DE VILLE does not offer direct end-customer tracking like parcel services. Communication is exclusively via the dealer.

  • Information at the time of order
    Many dealers provide an approximate delivery timeframe when you place the order (e.g., “approx. 4–6 weeks”). For questions or changes, the dealer will usually contact you.


Tip:
If you have already ordered your dream bike, give your dealer the following information when requesting the status:

  • Your full name

  • Order date

  • Model name or order number, if available
